    1. Would love to visit Grasse some day. I’ve visited the Fragonard museum and shop in Paris and it was fascinating.

A bit of feedback for you: I think I’d enjoy your post more if the photos were interspersed amongst the paragraphs of text.

  1. Hello everyone! I’m struggling with my craft blog not getting much traffic because it’s a secondary blog, so traffic usually goes to my primary blog. I do kinda wish I had kept them separate now! I’m trying to establish some monthly challenges and I’m keeping the themes vague enough that anyone can join in, not just crafty folk. So, please do get involved with anything you like the look of. Many thanks
http://www.craftowlblog.wordpress.com is waiting for you 😁

      1. I’m no expert, but I’ve learned from blogging and from reading about marketing that consistency is one of the biggest factors in keeping people around and drawing others in. Obviously it takes time; y’all know that. But from what I can tell you both post consistently so my guess is you’ll keep growing, even if it’s slow. And you can always look for crafty blogging groups on Twitter; there’s a ton of niche communities out there that love to share each other’s content. Just some thoughts! Have a great Monday!

  2. Good Morning Swimmers,

I hope you’re all well. I had a great time checking out some excellent blogs from this page last week, hoping for more of the same this week!

I posted this last week, it’s a short commentary on the work of a little-know contemporary artist, and my recollections of a lecture he gave about 18 years ago. I’d love to hear what you think.

    1. I visited your post and I love the pattern of roses and the fabric.
The number of viwers might be fluctuating but a small advice of mine would be to check your stats for the most popular day and hour of your blog so that you can post accordingly for maximum reach. ☺

  5. Hi everyone!
I’ve published the first chapter of my debut historical thriller, ‘Slumdog Soldier.’
Haunted by his past, Sergeant Harper is a man with nothing left. No family. No home. No war left to fight. All he wants to do is keep his head down and stay out of trouble on the streets of London. But when he sees an injustice he can’t ignore, he’s drawn to help those in need, discovering a vicious gang terrorising the neighbourhood in an iron grip. As he tries to do right and becomes embroiled in the lives of others, will this damaged soldier cause more harm than good?
Hope you enjoy it! Have a lovely week πŸ˜€

      1. Thanks! Followed you back! When I first started, I didn’t travel much either, and I only do a tad more than I used to, but I started by talking about places I have been in the past and told stories about those places/experiences until I finally did travel more. For example, I wrote about a town two over from me and reviewed some of their restaurants and shops, which made for a great post, and I even messaged the link to the places I reviewed as I kept all reviews positive! Starting with things like this could help you until you do travel more! You could also create posts on places you want to visit and explain why you want to go there (restaurants, shops, experiences, history they have); I did this for one or two places when I first started too. Let me know if you need any other help!

    1. I love the post and I think every person at some point of their life reaches this point where they are unable to forgive themselves.. A very useful post and uplifting blog.. ☺️
